Ingredients

  • 1 part rubbing alcohol
  • 3 parts water

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to Ziploc freezer bag and seal tightly.
  2. Freeze for 5 hours.
  3. Never hardens and stays cold for approximately 2 to 3 hours.
