Sweet Corn Bread
The best corn bread.

Ingredients
- 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Bread mix
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- Cupcake liners (if making into muffins)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into greased 9x13" pan or cupcake liners. For 9x13- bake at 325°F for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. For cupcakes, bake at 325°F for 17 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Notes
I often make this in a 9x13" pan rather than cupcakes.
