No-Bake Easy-Does-It Lemon Cheesecake Pie
A light, creamy dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (12 ounce can) evaporated milk
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant lemon pudding
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup (6 ounce can) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 Keebler graham cracker crust
- 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
Instructions
- In small mixer bowl, combine evaporated milk and pudding mix. Beat 2 minutes and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light. Gradually add the lemonade concentrate, continuing to beat until smooth, light and fluffy, about 4 minutes.
- Fold pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture, blending thoroughly.
- Pour filling into crust.
- Chill 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
