Shrimp Dip
So simple. So addictive. Doesn’t get any better than that! I ALWAYS use Neufchatel cheese instead of cream cheese when I make it. It’s usually best the next day after the lemon juice has fully incorporated into it.

A light, creamy dip.

Ingredients
- 1 can broken shrimp
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
- Serve with crackers.
