Chicken Parmesan Sliders
If you can’t tell, I’m a big fan of sliders! I just love how small they are, so you don’t have to get stuffed on a huge burger or sandwich…you can basically eat exactly what you’re hungry for. They’re also super easy to throw together and these are no exception.

Ingredients
- 1 pack of slider/dinner rolls
- 4 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup marinara/spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces fresh Mozzarella, cut into 12 slices
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 1 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the dinner rolls across the middle. Put the bottom halves into a 9x13" pan.
- Spread shredded chicken over roll bottoms. Spoon sauce over the chicken.
- Place mozzarella slices evenly across pan.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup basil over mozzarella. Place roll tops onto sandwich bottoms.
- Combine butter, garlic, 2 tablespoons basil and parmesan cheese. Spoon or brush on roll tops. Bake 20 minutes.
