Cheeseburger Sliders

These are more like traditional cheeseburgers than anything else I’ve got listed here, but I love that you can make 12 at one time. Fix these as the basic sliders and then have some additional toppings for guests to customize to their liking!

Cheeseburger Sliders

Pretty basic but good nonetheless!

Ingredients

  • 12 dinner rolls
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes in glass 9x13" dish. Remove entire slab of beef.
  2. Cut dinner rolls across the middle. Line 9x13" dish with roll bottoms. Top with slab of beef.
  3. Layer with chopped onion and cheese slices. Replace roll tops.
  4. Brush rolls tops with melted butter. Add a dash of sesame seeds.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Notes

For Juicy Lucy sliders, slather on some mayonnaise (not FUCKING Miracle Whip!!!) and thick dill pickles. Yummers!!!
