It feels like you’re making breakfast for a child, but this is the only way to eat over-easy or sunny-side-up eggs, in my opinion. The blend of the yolk with the crispy toast and the saltiness of the butter. Yes ma’am.

Ingredients
- 8 slices bread
- 8 eggs
- Shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- With a large spoon, press down the middle sections of each slice of bread to form a crater for the egg to sit.
- Crack the eggs and add one egg to each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese around the crust. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until egg is done and cheese is browned.
