Blueberry Buckle
Almost like a blueberry french toast bake.

Ingredients
For the Buckle
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
For the Topping
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
Instructions
- Cream sugar, butter and eggs together.
- Add milk.
- Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, and then add to batter.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into a buttered 9x13” pan.
- Mix together crumb ingredients. Sprinkle crumb topping onto batter.
- Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes.

I prefer my Buckle with an open heart and no judgement, but that’s just me!
