Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus, bottom 1/3 of the stalks removed
- 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Coarsely ground black pepper
- Parmesan (or Romano) cheese, shaved
Instructions
- Generously sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, as desired.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is golden.
