Mississippi Pot Roast
Sooo…I LOVE Mississippi Pot Roast. It’s literally one of my favorite dishes to make. I always serve it on top of mashed potatoes. The flavor the pepperoncini brings to this meal is incredible. And it just can’t get easier than throwing some shit in a crockpot! This is the standard recipe for Mississippi Pot Roast that I’ve been making for years. I will probably decide on one version and delete the other but I have to figure out which one I prefer first.

Notes
I have also made this multiple times without searing…just putting that bad boy straight into the crockpot. It’s really just personal preference.
